Event Title: The Horticultural Society of New York - Annual Fall Luncheon. Event Description: The Horticultural Society of New York will celebrate its Annual Fall Luncheon at The Metropolitan Club. This year’s honorees to date are Nancy Clarke, who recently retired as White House Chief Floral Designer after 30 years of service, having worked closely with each first lady along the way from Roslyn Carter to Michelle Obama; Dr. Shirley Sherwood, botanist, author and one of the premier collectors of botanical art; and Elizabeth Scholtz, esteemed Director Emeritus of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and long-time HSNY Benefactor. The format of the event will be cocktails and silent auction at 11:45am, followed by the luncheon at 12:30pm. Individual tickets $300-$1000.
